Warm up with joint mobility and Indian clubs, then:-

4 to 5 rounds with no rest between exercises and 60 secs rest between rounds:-

  1. Kettlebell squat to press x 10
  2. Kettlebell double arm swings x 20 (go heavy)

Then:-

4 to 5 rounds with no rest between exercises and 60 secs rest between rounds:-

  1. Alternating Kettlebell clean to snatch 10 x  left, 10 x right
  2. Kettlebell hand to hand swings x 20

Finisher:- Kettlebell renegade rows x 50 in as few sets as possible
