Warm up with light kettlebell swings, cleans and presses, then:-

“Bodyweight and Kettlebell Workout”

Complete 5 rounds, resting 30 to 45 secs between exercises/rounds:-

  • Hindu push-ups x 12
  • Alternating kettlebell renegade rows x 24
  • Hindu squats x 25
  • Alternating kettlebell swings x 25
  • Kettlebell sit-ups x 12 (6 per arm)

Finisher: 5 to 10 minutes of headstand and handstand practice
