Complete 5 rounds, resting 30 to 45 secs between exercises/rounds:-
- Hindu push-ups x 12
- Alternating kettlebell renegade rows x 24
- Hindu squats x 25
- Alternating kettlebell swings x 25
- Kettlebell sit-ups x 12 (6 per arm)
Finisher: 5 to 10 minutes of headstand and handstand practice
