Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – swings, cleans and presses, then:-

“Double Kettlebell Clean & Press 15/15”

Work for 15 secs, rest for 15 secs for 12 minutes (24 working sets); aim for 4 reps per working set with perfect form.

Then:

3 mins kettlebell sprint snatch

Finisher:-  Hindu push-ups 10-1 prison workout
