Warm up with rope skipping drills, then:-
“Combat Circuit”
5 rounds with 1 min rest between rounds:-
- Double kettlebell clean and press x 10
- 1 minute heavy punch bag combos
- Kettlebell snatch – 10 x right, 10 x left
- 1 minute heavy punch bag combos
- Hindu push-ups x 12
Finisher:
Alternating kettlebell clean to snatch x 10, left and right for 3 rounds
