Warm up with rope skipping drills, then:-

“Combat Circuit”

5 rounds with 1 min rest between rounds:-

  • Double kettlebell clean and press x 10
  • 1 minute heavy punch bag combos
  • Kettlebell snatch – 10 x right, 10 x left
  • 1 minute heavy punch bag combos
  • Hindu push-ups x 12

Finisher:

Alternating kettlebell clean to snatch x 10, left and right for 3 rounds
