Warm up with joint mobility, kettlebells swings and cleans, then:

10 rounds, with minimal rest. All reps with perfect form:-

  • 10 x Double kettlebells clean and push press / jerk
  • 10 x Push-ups on kettlebells

Finisher: Powerwheel roll outs x 50 in as few sets as possible
