Eischens Yoga, then:-

Do as many of the first exercise with good form, then immediately move to the next exercise until you’ve hit a total of 20 reps for the pair. Alternate between the two sets of pairs until you have done 3 rounds:-

  1. Jungle Gym / ring assisted muscle ups
  2. Jungle Gym / ring body row or chin-ups
  1. Handstand push-ups on BXT or Hindu push-ups
  2. Hindu-push-ups or regular push-ups

Finisher:- Burpees x 50 in as few sets as possible
