  • 30 x Med ball slams / sledge hammer tyre strikes
  • 20 x Hanging leg raises
  • 30 x 24″ to 32″ box jumps
  • 20 x Barbell or double kettlebell cleans @ 50% body-weight
  • 20 x Burpees
  • 20 x kettlebell double push-press
  • 120 x alternate cable punches
