Warm up with some Eischens Yoga, then:-
Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
- 5 x Pull-ups /chin-ups
- 10 x Push-ups
- 15 x Body-weight squats
Or for advanced level:-
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
- 5 Handstand push-ups on BXT
- 10 x Box jumps – 24″ to 32″
- 15 x Pull-ups /chin-ups
Finisher: 100 metres of lateral handstand walks against a wall (toes on wall) in as few sets as possible.
