Warm up with 10 mins of handstands and headstands, then:-

Complete 20, 15, 10 and 5 reps alternating between the below exercises in as few sets as possible. Allow some recovery between sets:-

  1. Jungle Gym / ring body row
  2. Double kettlebell clean and press – if using a single do the reps per arm

Rest 2 mins, then:-

Complete 15, 10 and 5 reps alternating between the below exercises in as few sets as possible:-

  1. 24″ to 32″ box / tyre jumps
  2. Plank to double kettlebell clean

Finisher:- Kettlebell single arm snatches x 50 (25 right, 25 left)
