Dynamic warm up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – use a combination of swings, cleans, pulls and snatches; do what comes naturally, then:-

5 reps and 5 rounds of dynamic exercises, allowing recovery between exercises for maximum attack:-

  • 5 x 24″ to 32″ box / tyre jumps
  • 5 x Barbell or double kettlebell power cleans
  • 5 x Plyometric push-ups – hands and feet leave the ground
  • 5 x kettlebell dead snatches – left and right

Finisher:- Powerwheel / ring / Junge Gym roll-outs x 50
