Dynamic body weight warm-up: 10 x sit-outs, 10 x hip heists, 10 x squat jumps. Rest 30 to 60 secs and repeat for 3 rounds, then:-

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes:-

  1. Jungle Gym / ring body row x 20
  2. Step-ups x 100
  3. 10 x plyo-push-ups
  4. 100 x band or TNT cable alternate punches

Finisher: Kettlebell double arm swings x 100
