Warm up with 10 mins of handstand practice, then:-

Work for 15 sec, rest for 15 secs for 5 mins (10 sets) each section:-

1. Kettlebell double clean and press;  if you can hit 50 reps total move up in weight ( sets of 5).  Beginner level do single arm clean and press changing arms each set until you can hit 50 reps total (25 each arm) then it is time to move up to using 2 kettlebells.

Rest 2 mins, then repeat with:-

2. Box Jumps – 24″

Rest 2 mins, then repeat with:-

3. Hindu push-ups or regular push-ups

Finisher:- Jungle Gym / ring ‘Skin the Cat’ – 20 reps in as few sets as possible.
