Dynamic warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – use a combination of swings, cleans, presses and pulls – 3 rounds in total, then:-

7 rounds for time with minimal rest:-

  • 7 x kettlebell snatches (7 right,  7 left)
  • 7 x burpees
  • 7 x kettlebell squat to press
  • 7 x chin-ups
  • 7 x plyo push-ups
  • 7 x half kettlebell Turkish get-up right
  • 7 x half kettlebell Turkish get-up left
