As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) with perfect form in 8 minutes of:

  • 25 x kettlebell double arm swings
  • 5 x handstand push-ups on BXT cable
  • 10 x kettlebell squat to press

Rest 2 to 3  minutes then:-

As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) with perfect form in 8 minutes of:

  • 20 x box / tyre jumps (24?)
  • 10 x hanging leg raises
  • 5 x Jungle Gym / ring dips
