Warm-up 5 to 10 mins of rope skipping drills, then:-
- 10 x kettlebell hand to hand swings
- 15 secs rest
- 20 x kettlebell hand to hand swings
- 30 secs rest
- 30 x kettlebell hand to hand swings
- 45 secs rest
- 40 x kettlebell hand to hand swings
- 60 secs rest
Complete a minimum of 2 circuits (200 reps) and Maximum of 5 circuits (500 reps)
