Dynamic kettlebell warm-up using a light kettlebell for 3 rounds – use a combination of swings, cleans, presses and pulls, then:-
3 rounds, resting 2 minutes between rounds:-
- 10 x Kettlebell racked squats – doubles or single
- 2 mins skaters
Then:-
3 rounds, resting 2 minutes between rounds:-
- 10 x Double kettlebell clean and press to renegade rows combination
- 2 mins skipping rope
Finisher:- 100 x kettlebell double arm swings
