Warm up with 5-10 minutes of handstand practice, then:-

Complete the following circuit for 3 rounds as fast as possible with perfect form:-

  • 20 x burpees
  • 40 x double arm kettlebell swings
  • 10 x Hindu push-ups

Rest as required, then:-
4 minutes of kettlebell single arm cleans, 1 minute per arm
