5 to 10 mins warm up with a light kettlebell, then:-

As many rounds in 10 minutes with perfect form:-

  • 10 x Kettlebell double arm swings
  • 10 x kettlebell alternate sings
  • 10 x kettlebell goblet squats
  • 10 x kettlebell clean and push-press ( 5 per arm)
  • 10 x kettlebell snatches (5 per arm)

Rest 2 mins, then as many rounds in 5 minutes:-

  • 10 x push-ups
  • 10 x sit-outs
  • 10 x hip heists
  • 10 x Burpees

Finisher: 20 x handstand wall walk-ups
