One ‘Manmaker’ is one rep of the each of the below exercises using double kettlebells – you can use one kettlebell but perform 1 on each side. Perform 3 rounds and 5 x man-makers per round, resting 2 mins between rounds:-

  • Kettlebell renegade row (left and right)>
  • Kettlebell push-up>
  • Kettlebell deadlift>
  • Kettlebell clean>
  • Kettlebell push-press>
  • Kettlebell jerk

Finisher:- Kettlebell double arm swings x 100
