Eischens Yoga, then:-

Perform 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 on each of the following exercises (Prison style), completing all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise, to total 100 reps:-

  • Regular push-ups
  • Hindu push-ups
  • Alligator push-ups
  • One leg push-ups

Finisher:  50 x body-weight squats
