Pro Grade Kettlebells

Warm up with some light kettlebell work: Swings, cleans and jerks, then:-

  • Kettlebell long cycle (Clean & jerk) – work for 30 secs rest for 30 secs for 10 rounds

Rest 2 mins, then:-

  • Kettlebell double cleans or barbell cleans – work for 30 secs rest for 30 secs for 10 rounds

Finisher:-  Med ball slams or sledge hammer tyre strikes x 50
