Joint mobility and warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal:- Swings and cleans, then:-

2 to 3 circuits for time:-

  • Kettlebell double arm swings x 20
  • Kettlebell Turkish get-ups x 2 left and right
  • Kettlebell racked squats x 8
  • kettlebell cleans or cleans and presses x 5 left and right
  • Kettlebell single arm swings or snatches x 10 left and right

Finisher:-  4 minutes Kettlebell presses  – 1 min per arm for 2 rounds
