Joint mobility and warm-up using a lighter kettlebell than normal:- Swings and cleans, then:-
2 to 3 circuits for time:-
- Kettlebell double arm swings x 20
- Kettlebell Turkish get-ups x 2 left and right
- Kettlebell racked squats x 8
- kettlebell cleans or cleans and presses x 5 left and right
- Kettlebell single arm swings or snatches x 10 left and right
Finisher:- 4 minutes Kettlebell presses – 1 min per arm for 2 rounds
