  • 2 minutes heavy punch bag
  • 4 x Kettlebell Turkish get-ups
  • 2 minutes heavy punch bag
  • 3 x Kettlebell Turkish get-ups
  • 2 minutes heavy punch bag
  • 2 x Kettlebell Turkish get-ups
  • 2 minutes heavy punch bag
  • 1 x Kettlebell Turkish get-ups
