“Deck of cards” – Shuffle pack, suit = exercise, number on card = reps, ace high= 14, face cards = 11,12, 13. Go through whole pack until done:-
Spades = Kettlebell renegade rows
Clubs = Kettlebell double jerks or push press
Hearts = Kettlebell double cleans
Diamonds = Squat jumps
Jokers = Kettlebell Turkish get-ups x 2 per side
