6 Rounds, alternating between:-
- Handstand push-ups on BXT cable x 6 to 8
- Kettlebell double arm swings x 20 (go heavy)
Then:-
10 mins back dome (bridge) practice
Then:-
Warm down with 10 minutes of kettlebell juggling
