Warm up with kettlebell single arm swings, cleans and clean and presses – 5 reps of each for 3 rounds – left and right, then:-

  • 4 minutes kettlebell single arm swings – 1 min per arm

1-2 min rest

  • 4 minutes kettlebell single arm cleans – 1 min per arm

1-2 min rest

  • 4 minutes kettlebell single arm presses – 1 min per arm

Finisher: Kettlebell double arm swings x 50
