Dynamic warm up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – swings and cleans,

then:-

“Kettlebell 360”

The goal is to not put the kettlebell down for each set, rest 2-3 min between each set:-

  1. 120 x kettlebell cleans, 60 per arm, change arms when required
  2. 60 x kettlebell push press, 30 per arm, change arms when required
  3. 120 x kettlebell snatch or half snatch
  4. 60 x kettlebell jerks

Finisher: Fitness rings / Jungle Gym “Skin the Cat” x 15
