Complete the following with little or no rest:-

Set 1: 1 x chin-up /2 x Hindu push ups/3 x sit-outs

Set 2: 2 x chin-ups /4 x Hindu push ups/6 x sit-outs

Set 3: 3 x chin-ups /6 x Hindu push ups/9 x sit-outs

Set 4: 4 x chin-ups /8 x push ups/12 x sit-outs

Set 5: 5 x chin-ups /10 x Hindu push ups/15 x sit-outs

Set 6: 6 x chin-ups /12 x Hindu push ups/18 x sit-outs

 Set 7: 5 x chin-ups /10 x Hindu push ups/15 x sit-outs

Set 8: 4 x chin-ups /8 x Hindu push ups/12 x sit-outs

Set 9: 3 x chin-ups /6 x Hindu push ups/9 x sit-outs

Set 10: 2 x chin-ups /4 x Hindu push ups/6 x sit-outs

Set 11: 1 x chin-up /2 x Hindu push ups/3 x sit-outs
