Joint mobility and Indian clubs, then:-

3 rounds, resting 30 secs between rounds:-

  1. Alternating kettlebell cleans x 20
  2. Powerwheel roll outs x 20

Then:-

3 rounds, resting 30 secs between rounds:-

  1. Alternating kettlebell high pull x 20
  2. Kettlebell half get-up x 10 (each side)

Then:-

3 rounds, resting 30 secs between rounds:-

  1. Alternating kettlebell swing x 20
  2. Med ball Russian twists x 20 (each side)

Then:-

3 rounds, resting 30 secs between rounds:-

  1. Alternating kettlebell snatch x 20
  2. Mace ‘grave diggers’ x 20
