“Sandbag Strength Workout” – by Matthew Palfrey

5 rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds:-

  • 5 x Heavy Sandbag bear hug squats
  • Max Sandbag overhead press – with perfect form

Then:-

5 rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds:-

  • 5 x Heavy Sandbag shoulder get ups
  • Max bar pull ups – with perfect form

Aim for the heaviest sandbag you can handle for the required reps.
