Dynamic warm up using a lighter kettlebell than normal – swings, cleans and presses. Then:-

Kettlebell Snatch 10-1

Completed 10 snatches on the left, followed by 10 on the right, then 9 all the way down to 1 for time with perfect form.

Then:-

Kettlebell Turkish get-ups: 10 minutes

Finisher:-

Rolling push-ups – 40 reps
