Warm up with joint mobilty and kettlebell swings, then:-

“Kettlebell Metcon”

Metabolic conditioning or “metcon” refers to conditioning exercises intended to increase the storage and delivery of energy for any activity. Metabolic conditioning is conditioning the muscles to better use the fuel delivered to them by improving the efficiency of the different metabolic pathways. This total body workout will test your strength and stamina while taking your conditioning to a whole new level.

Complete 5 rounds with zero rest between exercises and one minute rest between rounds. Each round should take around two minute to complete:

  • 10 x Kettlebell renegade rows
  • 5 x Push-ups on kettlebells
  • 10 x Kettlebell double arm swings
  • 5 x Kettlebell cleans right
  • 5 x Kettlebell cleans left
  • 5 x Kettlebell  squats
  • 5 x Kettlebell press or push-press right
  • 5 x Kettlebell press or push-press left

Finisher:-

Rope skipping speed work:  60 secs work, 30 secs rest for 4 rounds
