“Sledge Hammer, Bodyweight & Kettlebell Workout”

6 rounds, resting 60 secs between round:

  1. Sledge hammer tyre strikes x 20 (10R, 10L)
  2. Hindu push-ups x 10
  3. Kettlebell double arm swings x 20 – go heavy
